MEET SIMONA

Born in Faenza on a cold and snowy January morning, Simona reveals herself to be an explosion of energy and good humor and all this warmth
found in his dishes and in his creations.
She discovered the passion for the culinary art from an early age thanks to her grandmother, who loved cooking using the freshest ingredients from the surrounding countryside and who taught her the basis of the Italian tradition: handmade pasta.
The vocation leads Simona to attend

the hotel institute  and later take the Sommelier diploma.

From here begin her journeys that will take her to the most diverse places... from colorful Mexico to chaotic Los Angeles, from foggy London to sunny Spain up to Portugal.

Thanks to his travels he speaks perfect Spanish and English.
Currently Simona has returned to her homeland to share her experiences, try her multicolored recipes and embark on the greatest adventure of being a mother!
